    Our technicians have many years of plumbing and heating experience. What this means to the customer is that we can troubleshoot, identify the problem, and get the job done right. At NQP&H we will always try to make a repair when possible, before we have to replace.
  • Fully Stocked Trucks:

    Our vehicles are fully stocked to make basic repairs. To the customer, this means we can fix most problems in one service call. We have the capability, though, to special order and get a part specific to a model # or appliance.

    Our technicians are on call nights and weekends for your convenience. Our emergency cell #s are available by calling 860-688-8709; our prompt service is an integral part of running a plumbing business when a lot of the service work is urgent.

    We cover greater Hartford – which is a lot of towns. Our home base is Windsor, CT but we will cover Wallingford, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, Avon, Canton, Farmington, Enfield, Somers, Ellington, Coventry, South Windsor, East Windsor, Broad Brook, Glastonbury, and all the towns in between.

    The majority of our customer base has come from referrals, satisfied customers, and word of mouth. We don’t have a big presence in the media or spend a lot of money on advertising campaigns. Our customers return to us because they trust us.
